Guolin Won the Bidding of Shaoxing Binhai Printing and Dyeing Waste Water Advanced Treatment Project with 480kg/h Ozone System

Shaoxing Binhai Printing and Dyeing Waste Water Advanced Treatment Project is constructed by Shaoxing Keqiao Jiangbin Water Treatment Co., Ltd. with treatment capacity of 200,000.00m3/day. Inlet water is waste water which has been treated after discharged from printing and dyeing companies. Outlet water is outlet water quality designed by Qian Tangjiang Project, that is the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard GB 8978-1996. Outlet water index reached the discharge standard of Discharge Standard of “Water Pollutants For Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry” (GB4287-2012).

 

At the end of this project, we use “ozone+biological activated carbon” advanced treatment process (see chart below). Total ozone capacity is designed for 480kg/h with 4 sets of 120kg/h ozone generators (3W1S). Feed gas source is from VPSA system. Ozone tail gas after treatment is reused in biological aeration tank.

The total ozone capacity of this project is 480kg/h, which is the second largest ozone system used for the sewage treatment after Shijiazhuang Qiaodong sewage treatment plant project with 600kg/h Guolin ozone system. Recently, the project for ozone system calls for bids and Guolin won the bidding with great technology and performance advantages compared with other ozone brand competitorsat home and abroad.
